Consultation can include facilitated analysis and assessment using information and tools relevant to your context and circumstances. This process may include:
  • Facilitated individual or group analysis of the Implementation components that are in place, or not in place, for an innovation or intervention being used in an organization.
  • Facilitated group process involving the creation or examination of Theories of Change or Logic Models, referencing relevant evidence and data to test assumptions.
  • Facilitated group process in use of the Heptagon Tool (Van Dyke, M., Kiser, L., and Blase, K., 2019), which provides an intentional way to examine needed change.
