Implementation Coaching
Our Implementation Coaching sessions support you to expand and apply implementation knowledge and skills. Our coaching offers tailored guidance linked to roles and implementation journeys.
Coaching support can range from ad hoc consultation sessions to ongoing programs of coaching linked to establishing implementation capacity and infrastructure.
Implementation Capacity Building
Implementation Capacity Building supports whole-organization change work, including leadership coaching, the establishment of Implementation Teams to sustain ongoing implementation and improvement, and readiness and behavior change efforts at all levels of an organization or system.
Implementation Capacity Building is grounded in a collaboratively developed project plan. Throughout the process, we prioritize building lasting capacity and implementation infrastructure that will continue to support success beyond AIRN’s direct involvement.
Implementation Research and Evaluation
Our involvement in implementation research and evaluation relates to both development and delivery. We collaborate with researchers and evaluators who use the Active Implementation Frameworks™ in their work, as well as those interested in studying the application and impact of implementation strategies.
We are also available to support the design of implementation research and the development of meaningful measurement approaches.
